There are a great many Korean soldiers around the country, it seems. They appear to be patrolling but more often than not frequent the tourist destinations and just hang out with their friends. This soldier was alone though, enjoying or perhaps resenting the crisp cold silence of winter, left with only his thoughts for company. I took this shot, and had to turn away as he stared at my direction...
